i know people have asked this before but i haven't found any helpful answers so im asking ;; i wanna change the color of the scrollbar (the part that you actually click and move to scroll with)

Read about the ::-webkit-scrollbar property on css-tricks for changing it in chromium-based browsers. For firefox I think it's simply "scrollbar-color: [color] [color]"
