Peanut Butter Cookies! (Makes 4 batches)

Things you need:

- 1 3/4 cups sifted flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 Cup Margarine (OR butter OR Crisco, if butter make sure it is softened beforehand)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps to make:

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
In a different bowl, mix butter and peanut butter until well blended.
Gradually add sugar until well blended.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt mixture until well mixed.
Shape dough into around 1 inch balls and roll each in sugar.
