ok so i have an LG rebel 4 phone and its like a sevice of tracfone. for like a day straight when i power it on and it goes to the blue tracfone screen rather than soon going to my lock screen itll stay at the blue screen as long as the battery lets it. what do i do? do i just get a new phone or?
