I Was Suddenly Surrounded by Grubs//Self Control

Anyway this is a 'draw' i did it 2 years ago, but i finished it lately. I ask you to really do not copy it because it got a really deep meaning.

The white lines are grubs whitch are enclosed by a black space so they can't touch the leg, witch is alredey covered by 2 tipes of larvae, the black one and the red dots. 

The eye on the center must stay open, because if is not all the larvas will get on the leg.

It's a circle where the eye must stay opened for control the whole situation even if he is the one who creates it. it's a continue fight with himself for trying to control his self and do not get worse
