I suggest that you try getting in contact with your guardian(s) and try to tell that that you think you may not be well, and that you'd like to schedule more appointments with your current therapist. If its just not you getting time to go to your appointments because of your therapist, try getting a new one! If none of this works for you, try art therapy. Art therapy has help millions and still does today. Try to draw whats upsetting you. Reflect on your art and try drawing something that won't upset you.Weather that's a drawing of a famous person, or something you'd like to happen in real life, just draw whats best. Another way to try to cope with whats happening is trying a new sport. I started figure skating last year and now do it a ton. It makes me happy and helped me through some of the hardest times.
