As someone who arrived to the PS3 bandwagon too this is awesome
news. Playstation home was basically what Zuckerberg wants to do with metaverse, except
waaaaay less intrusive. It is currently in a proof of concept stage
atm, but it's gonna have closed alpha stages soon. Here's a video showcasing it.

PSHome was really something else back in the day and had some really fun things to do and see. Also the integration with Playstation games and promos was really cool.


The closest thing I've found to the PSHome experience is Tower Unite on PC, the team behind it is very passionate and I can see it being a spiritual successor to Home in many ways.
