all the Alice Oseman books have lgbtq+ representation,
in ny opinion heartstopper is a bit "obviously lgbt" because of the "boy meets boy" and the blurb but Solitaire has pretty much the same characters and is more subtle.
there's also Radiosilence, loveless and this winter which are also more subtle

The Foxhole Court by Nora Sakavic and The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater both have some good queer rep (the blurb for the raven boys doesn't do it justice at all).
