THUG1 as a whole package in terms of story, gameplay, soundtrack and levels combined.
THUG2 has the best goal design and some of the best levels, but gamebreaking saving bugs on PS2
THAW has the best gameplay, but annoying you have to play as a premade guy in the story mode

THPS3 is the best for me. I've gotten so used to it I can complete a majority of the tasks in levels first try. The physics are much better compared to THPS2 and I still enjoy playing online when I can organize a game here and there.

I'm playing through THAW when I have time and it sure has a lot in it. The parkour stuff is real weird but cool.
The voice acting was a fun suprise hearing dang ole Batman Beyond again.

It's funny going back to them as an adult and noticing how small a budget it must of had compared to games nowadays. The bald hairy chest shirtless man being reused for, no joke, 5 different characters back-to-back.

I wish the games had the same "feel" as 3. Not that it was realistic, but dudes felt heavy in a way that was satisfying.
