Any tips for doing html/css on phones?

What it says on the tin, I'm currently stuck on mobile until further notice but I still wanna spruce up my profile, any apps or things I should use? I have Trebedit installed but I can't get my css and html to work together (yes it's in the same folder and everything) if anyone has an idea I'm all ears!
