two-face!! i think harvey dent is such an interesting and tragic character. the idea that harvey is the best person in gotham and even he can get corrupted because that's just the nature of gotham city. so so good

If i had to choose id say The riddler  played by Paul Dano from the newer movie "The Batman".I just really like how they gave him a comeplete makeover! 

If im choosng in general id say Joker i mean you can never go wrong with joker

Basic answer but The Joker and The Riddler :p I love the multiple backgrounds The joker has and every1 is incredibly interesting! and I just love Paul Dano for the Riddler

Mine would def have to be joker strictly because he made may fav ever superhero Red Hood, also the joker is one of the more complex villains.

honestly, it's hard to pick a fav.. i love how they all parallel bman in their own unique ways, it's so good 4 storytelling and sooo poetic

Scarecrow is my 2nd fav and then Penguins at #3! XD
