Welp I figured I might as well start the indigenous thread for those practicing the traditions of their indigenous tribal culture. No, I don't have much of an expectation for this thread but you never know.

Medicine is what we Native American tribal peoples tend to call our religious practices in English. We have our own words for it in our own languages but as a Pan-native term we tend to just say medicine there are many different NA languages, though most of us also speak English.

So No, not necessarily plant medicine, though herbal medicine is certainly part of it (the larger practice). Different tribes have different practices, different ceremonies and medicne.

Hello there, I caught a sponsored post on my feed showing colored shapes cycling in a loop—it piqued my curiosity enough to click. The page loaded seamlessly, and I found myself diving into a https://www.worldiqtest.com free iq test packed with geometric puzzles and word challenges. It reminded me of childhood brain teasers but with polished graphics and countdown timers that added a real sense of urgency. My brother ended up joining halfway through and tossed in unexpected hints, turning it into an impromptu puzzle night. The final report highlighted not just my raw score but also my speed and accuracy breakdowns, which felt surprisingly thorough. Even my partner asked me to retake it later to benchmark progress.

I’ve always been curious about how different tribes approach ceremonies and healing. I imagine a lot of the knowledge is passed down orally and through experience rather than books. Do you find that younger generations are getting more interested in learning and preserving these practices?
