most of what people describe as a byproduct of this "late stage capitalism" is actually a byproduct of either a auth-left leaning "socialist" government overstepping and creating laws and regulations that negatively effect people in the long run
or massive multinational corporations, basicaly a government sponsored monopoly that only is possible by a over-reaching government, that are in bed with said over-reaching "socialist" government and is allowed to run rampant all over everyone.
as i notice the increasing trend of big, authoritarian government over the years, i notice more of these supposed effects of this alleged "LaTe StAgE cApiTaLiSm.
in reality, we should be calling these effects what they are, they are the effects of socialism. this is the byproduct of a government that is out of control, and has too much control over our lives, and industry.
we need freedom and the ability to negate the effects of socialism, ultimately. the less the government interferes with the common man, historically it has been proven with statistics to be better for all.
we need a balance, if anything, that favours freedom of the individual and industry. yet we have no balance whatsoever in modern day north america.
the covid scamdemic was a massive auth-left, socialist power grab and now we are reaping the whirlwind, most notably via inflation
and yet there will still be moronic wankers who will blame the byproducts of authroitarian over-reach on a economic system based on choice and free will.
they will cry and vote for more socialism, to free them from the effects of socialism which they where told was the because of a freedom-based system.
