are my dreams giving me messages or am I going crazy?

so, a few months ago I had a dream that Person was back in town and that I found out through social media, but as of then Person was still out of town and not on social media. about a week later (not in a dream) I find out that Person is back in town through social media. I could take that as a coincidence, sure. more recently I had a dream that Person texted me and said "I'm really pissed off rn", I asked why and they said "this {insert stereotype that is kind of true, but also fits Person} is annoying me." originally I thought that was funny because you can't talk about {insert stereotype} when you are {insert stereotype}, but a few days later (outside of the dream) I find out that Person is friends with the person(not to be confused with Person) they described in my dream. am I reading too deep into this?
