Hi! i'm fairly new to this group and i've been trying to shift for a few months now. I've tried many different methods and just can't seem to do it. I've almost shifted a few times, but recently I haven't been getting anywhere. Does anyone have any advice or techniques to try?

Personally, I'm going to try to shift through lucid dreaming. I'm still working on being able to lucid dream though.

Thanks for the tip! I've recently been inactive on spacehey, but I appreciate that you responded and i'm defiantly going to try lucid dreaming! :)
