Doubtful. If anything, because the site is already just text and links, someone could probably just make a CSS sheet to make the site more mobile-friendly and have it put on every page in an "app" that's really just a chromium browser.

From what I can tell, almost the entire site pulls from the same sheet already, it would just be a matter of overriding it.
