Banana Cream Cookies

I don't know about everyone else but I am a sucker for banana cream pie and banana bread. I guess I just really like bananas lol. Crumble cookie by my house introduced banana cream cookies, but they rotate they're flavors every week. Sadly I didn't get to try one , But it gave me the motivation to try and make them myself. I have to tell you they are amazing!

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup butter (softened)
-1 cup sugar
-1 1/2 banana (smashed) {Little tip: a really ripe banana adds better flavor}
-3.4 oz packaged banana cream instant pudding mix {Little tip: if you can't find banana vanilla pudding works also with 1tsp of banana flavoring}
-2 large eggs
-2 1/2 cups flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-2 cups white chocolate chips

All you have to do is combine and bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins (maybe longer it always depends) You'll know when they are done when they turn slightly golden. Also don't be alarmed the batter will be very thick and sticky but that's how it is supposed to be. Enjoy!
