I have been trying babysitting for my family and its less stressful than tacobell. I am diagnosed with clincal depression and generalized anxtiey btw. It took me like 2 months to recover from 4 months of nonstop work. Horrible experience. Not good for my health. At least in babysitting you make the rules about how much to get paid when and where:) kids are easierto deal with in my opinion

Low-stress jobs like library assistant, remote data entry, pet sitting, or night security can still provide steady pay while protecting your energy and mental balance. I also found ideas in the BetterMe Corporate Wellness Week guide β€” it highlights fitness challenges, mindfulness sessions, and healthy habit building to reduce stress and boost morale. Even if you work solo or part-time, adopting those routines can help you stay calm, focused, and productive while earning a living.
