I hate to complain cause I really do love my job …however something just rubs me the wrong way when I’m covering someone’s shift 24/7 without being asked. Just as if I’m expected to cover it. Like no.. what if I had plans? 

And what I’m really annoyed with is the fact my coworker called out a day ahead and said she was going to be sick -.- like okay..

i mean tbf, they should b asking you if you can cover. if u ever have plans or just want a day off, just say u cant do tht day. like it's their job to figure tht out.
