Paper Dolls/Digital Dress-Up for Self-Styling?

I saw someone on tiktok make paper dolls of themself for online shopping, and would print out articles of clothing and apply them like a regular paper doll.

I was wondering if anyone does this digitally or knows a good way to do this digitally! I always find sizing just isn't enough for me to feel confident shopping online, and feel like that much color printing is a waste of ink...
