I LOVE music sm!! its a coping mechanism that i use whenever i have panic attacks:) it rly helps them when there out of control:) what kind of music do yall litsen too?? i litsen to basically everything XD but its mostly medal, rock, kpop, some rap, just sad ass music, and horny music/upbeat music!!
