you should talk and hang out with him! feel it out and don't rush into anything too fast. make sure he has all the qualities you like and want in a potential partner!! find those red and green flags

Just think about kissing them. Take your answer and consider it against two types of kisses: deep and sexual vs shallow and affectionate.
A sexy kiss and liking it: romantically attracted. Dislike that: not interested.
A cutesy kiss and liking it: platonic affection. Dislike: not at all interested.
but that assumes you like kissing in the first place so feeling dislike to both doesn't prove much. if you like either one, good luck in your quest to figure out if the other person would like that too!
