How to cope?

So I went to nyc and the us in general for the first time last week and I arrived back to my country yesterday, and it has been so hard for me emotionally.
When i was there i felt so good and coming back didn't feel bad at all until I was on the plane ready to take off and when I got to my house i literally cried on the shower so idk, what can i do to feel better and stop thinking about the trip ending for a while?:(
