Favorite Band?

So I'll start with my favorite genre of metal, surprise, its black metal. I loved learning about the history. In all honesty the music was trashed but that is the point. I love hearing the chaos, it brings me inner peace. What I have been into currently is a band called Carnivore, a thrash band. If we're on the topic of Carnivore though the lead singer is in another band called Type O Negative. I would classify this as gothic rock. Now I am going to say something just to get it out of the way, just as a warning. The lead singer is very attractive and was on the cover of playgirl. I know, a lot of metal fans are dudes but it had to be said. Getting back to the music, I also really enjoy punk. My favorite punk bands right now are the Dead Kennedys and Bad Religion. We also can not forget about Black Flag, Mr. Henry Rollins... singer turned actor... IF you did not see the sarcasm in that please watch one of his movies and tell me what you think. Anyways, I hope to see some comments of new bands and opinions because I love getting suggestions and hearing new music.
