Forum: Games

I wanna know the most obscure games people don't think anyone remembers or has even heard of. Games that you've never seen streamers play or fandoms cover. Maybe you havn't even talked to friends about this game... these days I dont know of a lot of games people online havn't seen, but this is for fun.

Rules:
Name a game you dont think anyone has heard of, but have played before and enjoyed (to whatever degree).

OR

If you see a game that you have heard of whatsoever, call it out (optional: give context to where you saw it).

i personally think a good game i played as a kid was a really old australian mobile game called gesundheit! it was a sort of platformer puzzle game that used a cute little pig (who apparently likes sneezing) trying to use its snot to lure monsters into traps

i have never seen the game since like early 2010s so i'm not sure if its on the app store anymore

There's this obscure, neat little game made by SEGA called NiGHTS into
Dreams on the Saturn, its got a remaster on Steam for like 7 bucks,
& its even got a sequel on the Wii called NiGHTS Journey of Dreams.
Its got really unique gameplay that I haven't seen in other games and if
you like arcade-type games I highly recommend it.

Its this adorable little platformer with a story that leaves you absolutely crushed :(( but its soso good!!!

There's two main games originally on the PS1 and PS2 which you can play through the Phantasy Reverie series, as well as some weird spinoffs, comics and cameos

I absolutely recommend it ^^

Shadow of the Colossus! its a 3D Open world game where you defeat these collosi to save this girl -- I think it was pretty popular when it came out originally on the PS2 because it had so little loading screens for the massive area you were in. Its also very pretty to me, and it looks so much better on the remaster on PS4/5!!

Here are some of my knowledge:

-Virago, a small series of Indie Games, made with a feminist message, the game follows the life of a girl named Willow living in a world where danger is always lurking for her. The games are very repetitive and sometimes boring but the plot is what usually interest me, even if it gets always reused.

-Innyume, another not-good game but somewhat ""Cultural", Innyume is an indie game from 2015 in which the player plays as Beast Senpai (a character that became a meme) and has to collect some Kanji shaped objects as you run from an enormous Emoji with arms and legs, Innyume. The game was made by a Nico Nico Douga User as Innyume was a rising meme back then.

-Have a Nice Death, a game where we play as Death himself, and we need to fight the workers of our Company as they have stopped properly working and doing whatever they want. It's a Rougelike tough so not much people could like it. But its pretty neat.

-Night Blights, had a small boom of popularity and died time later. Its a horror game in which we play as a kid, that trough the night has to evade the Night Blights of getting inside the house and eating you or your family members by closing their entrances and/or feeding them your toys.
