I'm a big fan of the .hack// ps2 series of games. The foreshadowing and story concepts I still find crazy. Hard to get into and it's rare top find another fan of the series.

Shin Megami Tensei is another series i'm in love with. They have so many games and I go out of my way to play the japanese fansub games too.

Right now what comes to mind (in no particular order) would be:

• Just about any Zelda game: I've been a Zelda fan since i was little and i still love the games to this day, something about the combination of puzzle / dungeon solving, exploration, and the general atmosphere / setting just really speaks to me. 

I have to say i miss the dungeon items though, it's too bad they're not in BOTW and TOTK.

• Mario Galaxy 1&2: These are just childhood favorites, the first one's serene yet grand atmosphere especially was really captivating, the music is absolutely beautiful too.

• Metal Gear Rising: Though i know it's somewhat disliked by most Metal Gear fans, i personally had a blast with it, it's absurdly edgy but that's what makes it fun.

• Hollow Knight: A fantastic Metroidvania, it was initially recommended to me by a friend and it's just an excellent game, at no point did i get tired of playing it or exploring, i highly recommend it. (Still waiting on Silksong)

• The Ace Attorney Series: I took a deep-dive into this series a while back and though i've only played the original trilogy and DGS1 and 2, i still really enjoyed them.

• I've also spent a bunch of time on Sonic games and MegaMan games too.

• Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is also an old favorite of mine, the lightsaber combat system is still in my opinion one of the best we've ever gotten, the online play is also very fun.

I'm sure there's a bunch of games i'm not thinking of right now but these are just a few that sprung to mind.

Resident Evil 2-3, but the original ones from 1998(9), Silent Hill 1-4, DBD and Witcher series

Omori, it's a good psychological horror game and it makes you feel like you were involved with the tragedies inside of it. It has a beautiful ending (depending on the choices you choose) and worth playing. Some moments might make you cry but it's part of the experience. Not to mention,  this game made me realize that no matter who the person is, everyone has problems. But everyone can recover from them. Like usual teenagers during middle school, the people that don't even have anything to worry about like  to think that they're depressed and all that. But in the end of the day, you should always face your problems and emotions. Don't make yourself feel worse by saying things that can harm you, YOU have the chance to recover. I had a friend in middenle school where they'd like to think that their life was horrible, but in reality they were living a pretty happy life. That same friend decided to not even listen to anyone's advice and decided to make weird posts about it, as of now he has realized that you should be happy of the things you have right now and that you shouldn't drag yourself down just because someone influenced you. Thank you to whoever read this, I just wanted to say that this game is perfect if you are currently struggling with your identity. Have a wonderful day.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is probably my all-time favorite, despite all of the hatred towards it :P  I love TP! Most likely because I’m really nostalgic for it, but it is a great game.

Skullgirls got me into fighting games! I love Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, but I’m terrible at it, LOL

Street Fighter 6 is amazing, too 🎉

I love Yakuza 0 and Lost Judgement.
