Fix or Upgrade

Currently I'm driving a 2013 fiat 500 basic package. I bought it brand new the year it came out and put all 130 some odd thousand miles on it myself. It has a history of needing general maintenance and repairs. I do all of this myself to make my dollar go a bit further. I love the car and it has been very good to me, but lately its issues have me fixing a lot of possible issues to not much of an avail. I don't currently have a car payment which is nice, but I feel like it may be a bit easier to get something new.
