for death/black metal, my fav bands are darkthrone, hellhammer, and dark funeral. it's super calming to me because it's consistent. i also have to mention beastie boys, always. they're more early rap with bass parts. again, i like it because it's consistent. there are no scary beat drops that frighten the hell outta me lol!!

well, if you're into AIC, you probably don't even need the recommendation but listen to Soundgarden! Their earlier stuff is a lot meatier compared to, for example, Superunknown but it's all so fucking good. I'd also 100% recommend Audioslave, whose frontman is also Chris Cornell. I love that man, RIP.
