i actually wanted to play pokemon rumble world on citra (3ds emulator) today, but you need to make a mii to play, and i cant find anything on how to make a mii without dumping data from a real 3ds console. so i just decided to download a kirby rom lol

Yeah. I was trying to play Tomodachi Life, but every rom downloaded had to be extracted from an actual 3DS or something...
So much hassle just to play one game...

you are downloading cia files. if you dont want to do decrypting, you need 3ds files. you can get 3ds file for tomodachi life here https://romspure.cc/download/tomodachi-life-34940, choose decrypted format usa or europe

Never tried it for 3ds but i have been using desmume to play lost in blue 1 & 2 for NDS and its worked well for me!
