power of the dragon
this deck is best for newbies it is also probably the most nostalgia based deck so if that's what you care most about this one is probably best for you the deck focuses it's gimmick on fusion summoning

synchro unity
this one looks alot like yusei fudos deck it focuses around synchros obviously which is a bit of a tougher mechanic to grasp but once you know how it works it's really not that bad if you're new btw xyz is the opposite concept to synchros just some advice i'm sure you'll find useful anyways here's the decklist

the last of the possible starter decks is link generation (i should probably note you will be able to build these decks later on this choice is purely just for how you want to play to start with) it of course focuses on link summoning which is one of 2 controversial mechs added in modern yugioh (the other being pendulum) this deck uses the cyberse arch type and is best for those who prefer modern yugioh
