Collaring...

Many think collaring is when the Dominate chooses to put a collar on the submissive, it shocks me how little some know. Like the Dominate can NOT collar a submissive without their consent, or that a collar could take the form of anything; bracelet, necklace, ring, earring ect. they can take any form. It's be known meaning behind it between the two parties. Just thought I'd throw a Forum out here and see what happens, this topic is very misunderstood among a lot of people.
