accessories and hair are everything in my opinion. wearing a patterened tank top or leggings looks cute all the time. bright skirts, or dark jeans. or both at the same time lol :3

In my scene days my MUSTs were always either dark hair with bright highlights or full bright coloured hair (the most the better), lots of layered bracelets, gloves and sleeves, and bright socks!!
As for the girls in my friend group they were always big on lots of hair accessories and coontails
