Read indicator for reading bulletins

By this, I don't mean an indicator for the person who sent it of how many people have viewed it or something (although if desired, this could be extended to that - sounds kinda uncomfortable to know though, the current ability to post into the void is very nice). But either simply a different :visited colour on the bulletins page or (more ideally for people who sometimes use other devices) the server could keep track of what I've viewed and deliver the /bulletins page with them unbolded (ideally also with a Mark as Unread feature). The need for the feature is that a lot of people's bulletin titles are vague and it's hard at a glance to know what I've caught up with
