Delete Spam Accounts

Make sure to report them, that makes the job of a moderator much easier, for several reasons. Also use the block button liberally. You don't have to tolerate any of that stuff.

Definitely! I can't imagine how two people expect to moderate a site with 400K users. At least groups can be moderated by their creators, who can in turn appoint deputies. Not so much the main forum, or user accounts.
