Algorithms, coding competitions, and computational mathematics

Hey all! Glad to find this group. I'm an SRE at a megacorp but my enduring interest is in mathematics. I've been getting into coding challenges again, mainly Advent of Code, but I've been thinking of getting into Project Euler again. I also know a lot about algorithms, data structures, and the theory of computation. Anyone else interested in these topics?

I'm definitely interested in the more theoretical side of computers. Also I love doing the Advent of Code, perhaps it would be a good idea to make a leaderboard for this group?

I waded a little ways into set theory some years ago and how it pertains to the foundation of logic and mathematics and comp sci. Very in depth and got overwhelmed quickly.
