Some of the bands I can list from the top of my head are:
Motorama, IC3PEAK, Pompeya , Tesla boy, Mujuice, Shortparis. These are the ones with names in Latin alphabet, I can send you a ton more in Cyrillic, just hmu

I like max barskih a lot, and loboda, olya polyakova is really fun too, sogdiana has some i think beautiful music, maruv is really cool too, and olga buzova. These are the main ones i listen to

Cosmic Letdown and Один в оленьем парке are some good newer groups. I always liked Kino and Zvuki Mu but I know they're older
