Yet another character that some hate and some love. what are your opinions on everyone's favourite closeted church boy? again keep it peaceful that definitely had to be said on the ashley post but this should stay more calm :)


Do you think the way he acted at 15 can be excused?

Who do you think the note was for and why?

and lastly who do you think he would go well with from the game and what are your headcannons for him

A. definitely not. he may have been going through a lot but that doesn't excuse how he acted although i will admit he does have reasoning

Q.Who do you think the note was for and why?
A.Honestly i feel it was for Sal. I've heard the common theory that is was for Larry and i disagree with it because larry acts like a dick to travis which is honestly warrented. i feel like it's more likely that he would develope feelings for a more understanding person who could handle his remarks without retaliating that often. Sal did make a comment in the game but from his own reaction and ashley's it seems like this was the first time something like this had happened.

Q.and lastly who do you think he would go well with from the game and what are your headcannons for him 
A. probably obvious from my last reply but i think he would go well with sal and my only headcannons for him are that he's atleast bilingual as he wouldn't have been able to socialise much due to kenneth he probably had a lot of spare time to learn something like that

1. Mhhhm, yes and no. Of course, he was an a-hole, but then again, he was probably very indoctrinated, scared of his feelings and self-hating. No, no matter how bad his situation was, he didn't had the right to take it on others. He was immature and I like to think that he didn't know much better, or was too scared to change his behaviors. Rather than excused, I believe he deserves forgiveness. 

2. It was for Sally, I'm pretty sure. Sal showed no actual hate towards him, even saying that he stopped being so mean, he would be likeable. None of the other characters showed Travis any sing of kindness (That I remember at least), also he may have felt identified with Sal. I mean, Travis wears an invisible mask to prevent people figuring out what he really is; an insecure and scared teenager who has no real emotional support, whereas Sally uses a real mask /prostetic, he is actually happy with his friends, he is loved and loves them too. Sally is free to be himself all the time, even when no one can see his face, he doesn't haves to hide anything. (Yeah, I know he kinda hides his face, but it's not his physical appearance that matters here). 

3. If Travis had actually gave Sal the letter, I think they would at minimum end up as close friends. Pretty sure Sally would have welcomed him if he started to change the way he acted. 
He and Todd would eventually become friends too bc I think seeing a  healthy mlm relationship would help him realize there's nothing wrong with being gay. He could also ask Todd for advice or just rant to him about how he feels and the situation with his father. Ash would be reluctant yet trying to believe he wants to do and feel better, so I think she'd try to be there for him. Larry would probably remind Travis of the awful things he did and wouldn't trust him until Travis actually gave him 'proof' that he is no longer in such a hateful stated of mind. I also headcanon that he makes lots of doodles of Sally bc he's pinning but then he gets scared and writes something cruel before tossing that page. I feel like he would burn anything he wrote about Sally out of fear. He also definitely talks with himself when he thinks no one's around lmao
