Recommended books for study

Hello everyone!

Anyone have any recommendations for books they have read as supplemental material to the Bible?

I just recently read R.C. Sproul’s “the holiness of God” and found the book to be very helpful with understanding Theology and Doctrine.

I’m currently working through John McArthur’s study guide through the Book of John and I am enjoying that as well.

I thought it would be cool to see what material you all have gone through.
Thanks!

Practicing the Presence of God is a good one.  I forget who wrote it.  If you are not used to the idea of literally including God in everything you do every day, this is a good book to get you into the reality that God very much wants to be part of your everyday moments.  It's a short book.

If you are in business, a novel titled "In His Steps" is a good one to help the businessman understand the challenges and blessings associated with putting God's Word into practice in the marketplace.

I've written a spiritual warfare workbook called Spiritual Warfare 101 that will take you through Scripture discussing who you are in Christ, the divinity of Christ, the inerrancy of Scripture, who our enemy is, the Armour of God, etc.  It is now available over at Lulu, as Barnes & Noble stopped shipping outside the US.
