I discovered SpaceHey in RetroSite. This same website also features Escargot (an alternate MSN Messenger server, compatible with any version below WLM 9), NeoCities, The Old Net (a Wayback Machine wrapper for retro computers; features a lite version for low-RAM devices, like the Dreamcast), 68k.news (i.e. Google News for vintage PCs) and FrogFind (a search engine and proxy that uses both the DuckDuckGo API and some port of Mozilla's Readability) etc.
Both FrogFind and 68k.news can run in ANY text-based browser, because both websites use the most basic HTML elements ever, and the image view is separated.
Curiosity: RetroSite's owner, JarHead, has also a WebTV server, and even collaborated with MattMan's Minisrv.
