Peoples (manly white people artist) style asian hair like black people. Cornrows,fros, box braids,etc

Skirts or dresses over jeans. Participated in this horrid trend when I was a kid.

For fashion:
Turtleneck sweaters that were shredded at the bottom, wearing jeans under a dress, low-rise sweat pants, and jeans with the waistband cut out/cut to make fake thong straps.
For hair/makeup:
Really short bangs, overly stenciled facial hair, and when face foundation made your eyebrows almost invisible.

Wearing skirts/dresses over your jeans... it was a short lived phase but mindbogglingly stupid even at the time.

None of them. Even for the things that aren't my style, I do still have a level of appreciation for them as the thing I love most about 2000s fashion is how unique, fun, and creative it generally is and how people back in the day weren't so afraid of experimenting with their looks and styles compared to most people today trying to be as boring and "minimalistic" as possible.<3
Hell, just reading through many of these replies makes me wanna wear a dress over a pair of jeans to school tomorrow just for the hell of it (I normally wear dresses over leggings, but I'm not afraid to turn that classic 2009 look into a 2005 one instead).
