Traffic jam on the highway

I'm here to warn everyone not to take the highway if and when they leave their houses today. It looks like there must be some kind of traffic jam and/or construction. I don't know what they're doing, but it would probably make a person late to wherever they were going. Perhaps it is some kind of road or non-road repair or building project. Regardless of what it is, be safe!
