Text Colour & Interest Box Help! <3

i’ve been trying to change up my profile and i’m just a lil stuck on these bits :) 

I’d love to change my “interests” box to be black so the white text stands out & to also change the text in the headers of the blurbs, friend space & comments as well as the about me & who i’d like to meet headers! it’s currently pink & I’d like it to be white <3
