I too love a good sandwich. Besides a classic p b and j, I love a tasty grilled cheese. would love to try your type of sandwich though.

my favorite sandwich format is vegetables surrounding the main flavored ingredient of the sandwich. notable examples are with burgers, and lettuce, ham, and cheese sandwiches

Your sandwich recipe sounds great. I personally love a toasted ham on rye from my local subway. I will try this one sometime. Looks yummy.
