How to make BOSS STEAK
I'm gonna show you GRILL GODS in the audience how to make some BOSS STEAK. What the fuck is BOSS STEAK you ask? That shit is the most motherfucking delicious and flavorful goddamn steak to make SWEET SWEET love to your goddamn taste buds.
BOSS STEAK INGREDIENTS:
IN A 1 GALLON RESEALABLE PLASTIC BAG ADD TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING:
1 STEAK
GROUND BLACK PEPPER (chef's discretion)
SALT (chef's discretion)
ONE TEASPOON LEMON PEPPER
ONE TEASPOON MARJORAM
ONE TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
ONE TEASPOON SMOKED PAPRIKA
ONE TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
ONE HALF CUP OF OLIVE OIL
ONE HALF CUP OF WATER
OPTIONAL: LIME JUICE FOR MORE TENDER BITES
Allow the steak to marinade for approx. two hours.
Remember to flip the steak over periodically for MAX MARINADE.
When you're ready to cook the steak, allow your grill to reach between 400-450 Fahrenheit.
Personally, I aim for an internal temperature of at least 130 Fahrenheit, depending on the steak your cooking times may vary.
