Physical signs while switching

a headmate was talking to a system friend about this and I thought it might make a good topic

do you get any physical signs when switching or changing front?

Our system gets pressure in our head whenever we switch, and when I switch in I sometimes get dizzy or the body's heart rate increases

When we switch our vision gets blurry and sometimes we have to take a step back because our body sortof falls.

For someone leaving or entering front they usually experience our typical symptoms of dissociation, blurry vision, physical numbness, etc, for someone already in front experiencing someone else joining cofront there's sometimes a headache or a sensory shift (either increased or decreased sensitivity.)
