The 2ps(or Another Color) are basically the opposites of the 1ps(the countries we know and love). You can interpret them however you like, keep in mind they are darker versions of the original characters. I personally wouldn't just say they are bad guys because imo they can't be ALL bad. The 1ps gotta have some kinda bad in them just like how the 2ps gotta have some good you know? Anyways, hope that helped!
