i really recommend death note and parasyte: the maxim !!

not an anime but a manga, the summer Hikaru died.

actually so well written and the perfect amount of creepy. 

i cannot recommend it enough.

Parasyte and (don't know if it counts as horror) platinum end! First one is about aliens, the other is about physiological horror and religious horror (to an extent)
