Some good animes I know are Beastars, High-Rise Invasion (theres a little too much fanservice imo but the storyline is good), Little Witch Academia, The Promised Neverland, Demon Slayer, Kakegurui, Aggretsuko(if it counts), and Brand New Animal!!

Since a lot of people are already naming some of the big ones I know, I’ll recommend some lesser known or older anime’s I like!
Ergo proxy
Cyborg 009 (has many adaptations, I think the 1979 and the 2001 versions are the best!)
