lining your waterline with eyeliner is a good place to start. It'll take some practice and can be a bit uncomfortable at first if you aren't used to it, but it's a classic for scemo men. Tightlining or just lining around your eyes and smoking/blending it out a bit are some good masculine looks. If you wanna do something a bit more dramatic you can use a bit (and I mean A BIT a little goes a long way) of black or a cool toned brown eyeshadow (my personal choice cuz it looks more realistic) to add dark circles either blended with your bottom liner and dragged down or blended down from the inner corner of your eye.
