Cast iron Paradise

Out of anything in my life, weights have always been there. When I didn't work out, they were still there. When I did, they damn sure were. When I was single or married, they were there. When I was working or broke, they were there. Happy, sad, etc.


I gotta take a moment to enjoy this sometimes and really wrap my head around it.

It's so much more than just a bar and plates.

Lifting is one of the few things no one can take from you. Once you've truly started the lifestyle, it remains a pillar in your life forever. Guess thats part of the beauty of it.

Real, can relate. When my mental health got worse, i started lifting and got better, a little better. Now i stopped and feel like complete shit.
