Has anyone done any Vocal Training? If so do you stick to one voice, or does it change as your gender shifts, or would that destroy your voice? Would definitely appreciate any advice.

Recently I have been practicing exercises to modulate my voice to a masculine tone.
The best thing you can do is to lower your voice little by little so that you can have control over your tone of voice and not suffer with pain when speaking, I say this in my personal case but it helped me a lot when I didn't know what to do in these cases because there is not much training from what I have heard.
